From a small clinic to a full-service health center
Alembank Health Center was founded in 2010 with a single purpose: to bring quality, affordable healthcare closer to the families of the Alembank neighborhood in Addis Ababa. What began as a modest general practice with two physicians has grown into a comprehensive, multi-specialty health center trusted by thousands of patients each year.
Over the years, we have expanded our departments to include Cardiology, Pediatrics, Maternity & Gynecology, Orthopedics, and more — all under one roof. We have invested continuously in modern diagnostic equipment, trained our staff to the highest clinical standards, and built an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and cared for.
Today, Alembank Health Center stands as a pillar of community health in Addis Ababa. Our emergency unit operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and our outpatient clinics see hundreds of patients every week.
